Lets see, as a driver you will get great home time. Home nightly and weekends. Once they see you can do the job well they just let you go.

Pay could be higher no, structural pay system (start here and work up the pay scale) or offer raises instead of telling employees we cant right now. Then purchase a new truck and hire a new driver. Good luck on getting forty hours on the Columbus north route if you a driver who doesn't play around and chit chat at stops. Really hated to leave this company had a lot of freedom. Lack of communication and the I take no blame, someone else's fault BS from management.
