Going Downhill - Collections Ditech Employee Review

Medical insurance costs more than it did last year. Prescriptions that were $6 last year are now $30. My dental insurance seems to cover nothing. People are not feeling like their jobs are secure. Many departments are being cut. And policy changes from month to month. What you you got dinged on QA last month is something you don't do this month. Most people around me feel much is going on behind the scenes that us little people aren't told about. I've never felt this unsure about a job I've had in all the years I've been working.
