it's a family run business so they will hire you if you can work on low wages initially you will feel that Owner and the staff are your well wisher in disguise

Also check the authenticity of them with other folks in the town. I am surprised why these guys are not jailed yet. Salary never on time, false promises owner and HR is big liar. His relatives will show false sympathy and tell everything to their Owner about you
