      Opportunity to work with great set of clientele If you are in sales, you will have an opportunity to network with senior leadership in customer organizations

      Cons

      Below average pay (used to be good but company is now struggling) Slow growth rate Stagnation owing to same set of old people in middle management never moving up themselves and becoming obstacles to new people

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
