Good salary, good benefits, work life balance exceeds expectations. Most direct management in professional positions are awesome leaders - making sound decisions and are champions for their teams.
Cons
Experience is undervalued on the senior level. Location is everything to leadership, even when there isn't adequate infrastructure to carryout job duties at the headquarters. Relocation has been looming and dragging on for many employees over 5 years now.
