- Lack of values and culture since BAIN is on the control - The CEO ( Mark Burgues ) is not acting like he's praying. In reallity is just a puppin of BAIN and he's doing PMO instead of CEO. - Doing a good job, you are friend of everyone, doing a great job, you become enemy of bad leaders. - HR is not fair with employee and which is worst, they sale dreams and are not ethical. - End Year Review and he's Bonus is a big lie and even a joke. Don't go to Diversey for money or reward and recognition. - Bad global leadership that shows that growth of the organization has slugged down and showing the impact of all this before to lose more talents. - No succession plan and the worst talent handling I ever seen. It's all on the leaders back and with no investment, all under Coaching Session. - The worst HR I ever seen! When leader want to do the right thing, HR comes to block it all. - Mediocrity is a status Quo and being great in your job is a threat.
