Training managers are excellent and take a lot of pain to teach newcomers as well as experienced employees....lot to learn with regard to cleaning & hygiene in F&B, horeca, industries etc...the quality of the products offered by Diversey are excellent
Cons
Too much of reporting which is just a waste of time and resource, reporting is not meaningful...its like reading 10 subjects but the application is with a single subject only...the middle managers stay at home and just ask for reports...over billing to distributors at month end closing....conflict between different verticals specially with the channel team who put their legs in all categories of customer but has the support of the SLT and god knows why....no segmentation of customer or territories...middle managers do not work with the team and instead take money from distributors for giving business...too much of negativity within the team.....physical exhaustion due to large territory coverage and no supporting staff, a single TM covers 10-12 territories which is unheard of in any company of similar nature... extensive travelling, work-life imbalance, insensitive and selfish middle managers and an indifferent senior management team...non-existent HR...
