      Bad hiring in middle management level Area managers coming from low level and petty companies. , HR is non existent for the Frontline people..business heads are indifferent..culture has drastically changed after acquisition from Sealed air..company culture changed from service oriented to distributor dumping

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
