Pros

1. There is hard-working team member talent within the company, but it is sparse. 2. You have an opportunity to hold a lot of responsibility immediately.

Cons

1. This company says the right things about growth, innovation, and culture/people, but there is a wide gap between what is promised and how the business actually runs. 2. The company relies heavily and solely on individual effort where every single employee level of sales is competing against each other (assistants, AEs, VPs, and the CRO compete for the same leads). 3. The "benefits" package is lacking.

Pros

Commission can be great just depends on how willing you want to take it on but also depends on the luck you get with the advertiser they give you. Good for entry level.

Cons

Base salary is so low you really have to have a lot of campaigns under you to be even making it over 70k. AMs handles way too much which is where the overload of work comes from. Its getting betterish as theres more dept for certain things but I think they need to create more departments to help w AMs.
