Pros
The paint on the walls were pretty. A lot of "hooray!" during break hours. Free coffee with a shared fridge.
Cons
One of the two bosses will lie to you about your wage and bonuses if you make it seem you're holding back on him during the initial interview. He will say it more than three times when prompted: "So... the bonuses are...?". Only to be publicly announced multiple times a day seemingly everyday, a figure that is merely half of the figure you have in mind. Expect to be fired halfway through initial probationary weeks!
