Pros

Not many pros as the technology itself is not ready for the market

Cons

The HR response on one of the reviews is just typical of this company. Rather than be unbiased the HR response as you can see is emotional and again full of favouritism. They try to sell you a dream and a ''friendship culture'' but as real reviews are now beginning to state this is in fact bogus. You had one manager who couldn't sell and who has now thankfully now been demoted who hires based on looks particularly when hiring women. There is also too much politics in this office for such a small team. If you ''fit'' and the managers like you or you flirt then you fit. If not then you are outcast. If you just look on Linkedin you will see many people have stayed maybe 5 months maybe 6 and then moved on. They make you jump through hoops during the hiring process and also waste many peoples time and efforts - as they did with a friend of mine when hiring. This is a small startup with a solution that cant sell into Enterprise and no one in sales is making money here. Go figure.

Though this was an issue specific to the London office, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment that does not tolerate favouritism or gendered biases across the company. As with many fast growing, albeit small, start ups, there are definitely areas where we will experience obstacles. Entering a new market, like we did in the UK, is very challenging and it takes time to create impact and success, but we’re very grateful to have some incredible people in the UK team expanding our reach and helping us grow for the long term. We are sorry that we can’t change your experience, but thank you again for your feedback in helping us make the Dixa a better place to work. I wish you all the best!

Pros

The people at Dixa are so incredible, as is the culture. Everyone goes above and beyond to help each other out and help us all succeed as a team. We have so much fun and also do great work together! The opportunities for advancement are also excellent. I feel so lucky to be here!

-Had a tough time getting into the US market -Team members struggled to hit target and receive full commission
