One thing you can be sure of is that you will never get into a monotonous mode. The work environment is challenging and there is something new every day. There are no traditional hierarchies and you can approach the management and the founders any time. You instantly get the accountability of your work so you get opportunities to shine and rise in your career by proving your mettle. Overall, a great place if you are serious about your job/career.

It's not for those who want a regular 9-5 job schedule with low accountability and who are tuned to the hierarchical work environment. I do not particularly consider that as a Con but just setting the expectations right for prospective employees.

Good place to work. Challenging work assignments. Bright set of people to work with. Supportive management. Timely payment of salary and reimbursements.

Place for hard working folks.
