Hours getting cut. Adding a 3 percent service charge to go towards employee benefits then cutting everyone hours so few would qualify.

Horrible owner. Horrible management. I’ve never seen a place reduce an hour rate for an entire group of workers. Favoritism, bullying, lieing, hour reductions, inconsistent maintenance on critical equipment, yelling, drunk managers, garbage literally everywhere. Highly recommended looking up the health department specs before applying. Low end of areas pay. Service charges. No free shift food. High tip out for front of the house. Owner has been subject to many sexual harassment claims. I worked there for 3.5 years when management was good and money was good and the place was clean and food didn’t come with garbage such as bugs, hair, metal twist ties, card board, zynn pouches, even a gel cap filled with white powder are the things I ended up serving here.
