Thank you for your feedback. We’ve been working pretty hard recently to develop a positive work environment where people feel comfortable and can be open - so we’re really glad that you picked up on that. It’s a team effort though, so thank you for being part of making our office a friendly place to work.
Project delivery is a big deal for us, and whilst we agree that it’s an area for improvement – sometimes things do fall outside of our control. That said, we’re changing the way we work to strengthen our project controls and further improve team collaboration and communication. Senior management are also more involved in projects on a day to day basis to help the team shape our processes going forward.
This is just one of many changes we’ve made within business over the past 6 months, so we’re a little disappointed to hear that you feel we’re talking the talk but aren’t walking the walk. We have a number of initiatives currently being implemented that will provide clearer opportunities for progression, including salary reviews and personal development plans. We've also recently implemented flexible working and invested in office improvements. These initiatives came from an employee survey we ran in March.
We try to keep you and the team updated on any initiatives or important business updates through our regular company JAM’s and our big meetups (that we started this year), but if you feel we’re not presenting the right information please speak to us directly and let us know what you want to know.
