Pros
The only plus points is that you receive the salary. Monthly, with all the taxes payed. And in May you receive the holidays money.
Cons
This is not a company that cares about people. That is why they have new employees all year round. Nor is it an international company. In logistics, there are team leaders who do not even speak English, but they hire people from all over the world. There is a lot of discrimination if you are not Muslim, German or Dutch. And if the management team knows, they don't care. They also have some team leaders in logistics with only a minimum of education (high school or not even). Imagine how well they manage the whole activity with people. About the management. Well, the rules often change in favor of the profit of the company. A few years ago, as a logistics employee, you had 3 breaks, well distributed, now you have only 2 breaks after 3 hours of non-stop work. Then, until May 2024, you worked only 1 Saturday per month. Now you also work on Sunday (not optional). They push you to work extra hours. They change the target very often, so you have to work very hard to reach it. Transparency is not their strong point. No bonuses. Sometimes you get vouchers (5 euro/voucher/meal in the canteen or 30 euro/voucher for Christmas). Minimum wage salary in Netherlands. To cut costs, they change the quality of everything: cartoons, earplugs, toilet paper, heating or cooling, a lot of supplies, etc. The HR department is terrible. It's like it doesn't exist. This company works with the minimum legal requirements. For beginners it is a good company to work for, but otherwise I do not recommend it.

Impactful Work in a Critical Industry Being part of the pharmaceutical retail sector allows you to contribute to a mission-driven industry focused on improving healthcare access, which adds meaning and purpose to your role. 3. Collaborative and Inclusive Work Culture The company fosters a supportive environment where cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, work together seamlessly, providing ample opportunities for collaboration and professional growth. 5. Strong Support for Work-Life Balance The company emphasizes a healthy work-life balance through flexible working hours, remote work options, making it easier to maintain productivity and personal well-being.
Cons
High Expectations and Learning Curve While working with cutting-edge technology and participating in cross-functional collaboration is highly rewarding, it can also come with steep learning curves and high expectations. The dynamic environment may feel challenging for those new to the role or technology, requiring significant effort to stay updated and meet performance standards
