Pros
Young company, young management - Nice office - Diverse job mansions, you will be required to have a variety of skills - Great people and workers, which they somehow manage to attract
Cons
- Unapologetic lack of interest in the well-being of its employees (the company is so fast-paced, they just don't have the time to care; higher management is rarely there) - Expect backlash as soon as you step your toe out of the line by providing honest feedback which the management will toss out of the window anyway - Will lead you to burnout and nobody will bat an eye because everyone is used to being overworked incessantly - Low salaries, hectic workload - Promotions don't always come with raises, and if they do, they are laughable (you will still be underpaid compared to market statistics) - Forget working normal hours and if you do, expect snarky remarks from some senior team members - Teams operate in a permanent crisis mode, due to no growth whatsoever 'cause people continue to jump ship - Shady contracts overall - Shadier HR practices: lacking an actual HR department but will shoot you down every time you ask for a raise or for a reason you're not getting one.
