It's was a great place to learn and grow. We participated into workshops and great team events. The stacks were interesting to work with. - I felt mostly heard by the management and coworkers. They encourage initiative and feedback. Your contributions are valued and considered. - The team was great, and it was very motivating to work with. - Flexibility regarding work hours, home office, workation. IT employees were not under too much pressure.

- The upper management sometimes lacks insight, and decisions can be a bit contradictory to one another. - Low focus on technical debt. - Less paid than the average of IT jobs in Luxemburg.

The team spirit among colleagues was always good and there were many friendly and helpful employees. The opportunity to work from home from time to time or in the office (hybrid work) offers a certain degree of flexibility, which is positive. Team lunches and other team events are also every time very positive.

The poor communication and micromanagement by superiors are very disappointing. Many good employees with whom I worked well are no longer with the company, which indicates poor employee retention. In addition, the salary and benefits are inadequate and there are hardly any opportunities for career development or further training.
