He has overcome challenging circumstances to create a thriving business and share its rewards with his team and our vendor partners. He truly strives to live by his faith, admits his faults, and and is continuously working to become more self-aware and a better leader and I admire him for it
Cons
- The company and its people are not perfect. We have gone through some difficult times and growing pains. Being a small company which has doubled in size in a short period has offered a lot of challenges, many of which at the time we did not yet have the tools in place to respond to better. These were intensified by the pandemic and personal struggles. There absolutely has been reactive words, hasty actions, tears, and hurt feelings - we do not deny that. What some of the reviews here don't tell is that ownership recognizes they have made mistakes and has apologized for where they have fallen short. Over the years I have been here I have seen them make substantial investments in business coaching for ownership as well as leadership, and it has produced notable change. The company is aware of the feedback and is listening: leadership is being developed to be able to take over more of the day-to-day management of the company and personnel matters, as we also look ahead to ensure the company is sustainable through the future. - At the time of writing this review, the company doesn't currently offer a 401K or retirement plan. It is a priority for the company to implement one in the coming year.
