Pros
The peers on our teams are second to none. Every architect/engineer is well experienced, smart, and still ready to learn new things from others. I often feel that it's crazy the amount of talent that I see each and every day. Individuals with high ego's will not be happy here. For those that want to constantly increase their skills to become better architects/engineers, this is a non-stop learning environment. Fantastic culture being very highly collaborative. There are always very bright folks ready to tackle issues, or proactive activities. The work can be extremely interesting. We get to interact with incredible companies, to understand their technology environments, understand what works well or not as well, and to collaborate with customers on planning and execution ; and we get to experience this exposure to lots of clients each week, week after week.
Cons
There is limited or no opportunity for teams to meet in person. Promotions and compensation increases are slim to none. The company hires new executives from outside the company, despite the talent that we already have.
