Pros
All employees are invested in making our product, services, and company better, they all care and really wants us to succeed. Employees take part in hiring processes and do it gladly and in a professional way. Lots of tech-savvy people working here that I can learn from. Working from home has given me the freedom to manage my time and working hours while keeping a work-life balance. It's not a micromanagement environment and my manager pushing me to explore new fields in my work spec that I haven't done before so I could develop myself and become much more professional. The last thing is the onboarding experience - I was contacted by the HR generalist 1-2 days after I signed and she provided me all the information I needed, and I connected to internal group chats right away for a soft landing, and that made me feel cared while I was concerned from joining to a remote company without meeting anyone face-2-face.
