Pros
There is a real desire to create a healthy, productive workplace for staff. Management do genuinely care about their people. I personally experienced the level of care and empathy they have for their staff. If you’re passionate and ambitious you will get places here.
Cons
The demand their ambitions and the competitive nature of the industry creates means that the exec. team sometimes loose sight of prioritising people agendas.
