Pros
This is a great way to learn more about commission based sales, and make a fairly decent paycheck. The management will work with your schedule once you are here a while which is great!
Cons
Sometimes it seems like the company does not want the employees to make "too" much money. Just when sales people become adept at one commission structure, they switch it around to make it more difficult.
