Pros
Genuinely great people throughout the company. Adding 700+ stores per year for at least the next few years with 14k+ stores already open.
Cons
The workplace is dated. Gray walls, gray cubes, gray filing cabinets. No work from home policy to speak of. Two weeks of vacation per year for your first five years. You must be with the company for a year to get the 4% 401(k) match. No jeans Friday unless shareholder numbers look good at the quarterly earnings calls (and it's just one Friday at that). The average age in the building for associate and manager level associates is much too high. No communication (for instance, the governor came to announce 600 new jobs for Dollar Tree and the building of a new 12 story tower--and it was never officially communicated internally. This is the norm).
