I have worked for dollar tree for six long agonizing years,this is the worst job i have ever had.In the beginning it was great,most every store was allowed to have a four person management team.Now with all the cuts the work load is so rediculous,its so stressfull that i had to have heart surgery,this place will make you sick -mind and body.it sucks the life out of you.the only thing thats great about this place is the customers.When upper management comes to look at your store its always negative,nothing positive,nothing is ever good enough for this company,they treat everyone like slaves ,they are only concerned about their bonuses.appleseed is a big joke,it might actually work if we had the proper amount of employees,you cant expect one employee to do the job of three !
