Pros

I liked my coworkers, that's about it.

Cons

This job is the definition of soul sucking. The customers are allowed to insult you, throw things at you, and sexually harass you. The upper management will force you to work even when sick and with a fever during a pandemic. They will also make you work completely alone because of understaffing which is extremely dangerous. They would rather someone spend $1.00 instead of their employees being safe. Oh, they also took all bonuses away in January so if you're considering management you will get nothing out of it other than more work and more stress.

Pros

Leadership that cares about their Associates. Opportunities to grow skills and knowledge via trainings and cross-team ventures. Employee Relation Groups that are important to a diverse workforce.

Cons

Pay is lacking for the experience gained. Annual performance review is not indicative of the work put it. Follow up on issues is not consistent. Some employees are disciplined for small infractions while others are provided zero repercussions for blatant failure to abide by the rules.

Pros

Left to Your Own Devices: If you enjoy being entirely on your own without any meaningful guidance, resources, or support from corporate, you will get plenty of it here. Air Conditioning Works (Usually): The building generally has a roof and four walls, and the physical time clock successfully records your hours.

Cons

Leadership Transparency: A severe lack of professional transparency from upper management. Retaliatory Management Culture: There is a distinct disconnect between corporate feedback initiatives and district-level execution. Honest participation in internal leadership and company feedback surveys is not met with constructive dialogue, but rather with immediate professional retaliation and termination.
