Bad experience at Dolphin - Anonymous employee Dolphin RFID Employee Review

No pros at all Only pros is that the pune office is located in good area that is kharadi and mumbai office is operated in a comercial complex with no place to sit for employees

1.Salary not on time 2. Mumbai office is pathetic 3.suresh sawhney wants to drive his BMW and needs international vacations but denies payment to employees for months and months saying no funds. We employees also work for money the management can cancel few trips and pay salaries during worst so that we employees value it hightime and Support the company in badtime. 4. Ex employees are struggling for fnf even after 2-3 years 5.pf gets deducted bt is not deposited in pf account. 6. Channel partners are fooled bigtime. 7. Personal suggestion to any one who gets hired please do not join this company unless u urself want to witness my above stated verdict. There are many other companies to work for other than this one. I have totally ruined my career so posting this review atleast other can be benefitted. 8.there are so many cases going on against them in labor office if anyone finds i am writing false can cross check with labor office, mumbai and pune

I have been working at DOLPHIN RFID full-time (Less than a year), It is an awesome experience working with DOLPHIN. DOLPHIN is the place where I started my professional career and learn a lot and I am really thankful for it. Specially to top management team, who given me opportunity to learn.

Nothing comes to my mind at the moment
