Work with nice friendly people. Most coworkers are knowledgable in their field and easy to get along with.

Poor hours. Very inconsistent scheduling. Upper management is lacking and stinks of nepotism hires. Dome mostly hires freelancers instead of proper full time hires leading to significant turnover and lack of company culture.
