      Pros

      The benefits from Bell are amazing. It's a great opportunity. The best opportunities involve being on the road, and not in any of the offices.

      Cons

      Long hours. On call 24/7. The SVP and the Director only have nepotism hires and only promote friends and family, who lack any experience in the field. Those who are qualified, are to do their job, and the nepotism hire's work.

      Pros

      Work with nice friendly people. Most coworkers are knowledgable in their field and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Poor hours. Very inconsistent scheduling. Upper management is lacking and stinks of nepotism hires. Dome mostly hires freelancers instead of proper full time hires leading to significant turnover and lack of company culture.
