not a great place - Anonymous employee Dominion Energy Employee Review

I have worked her for years and I can say management does not care about the employees. There are multiple bullies in my dept and the managers do nothing. We work an excessive amount of OT but the pay far less than what we deserve to be paid. Also a few of us do all the work while the rest take it easy. The managers don’t intervene or make it better. Based on the reviews if you are a white collar worker you will think your job is great. If your a blue collar worker, not so much. Oh and good luck moving up. I’ve seen the best people overlooked time and time again.
