Pros
Dominion was a good place to work. I was able to work my way up through the ranks just by doing a good job. Very little corporate politics and was allowed to do my job pretty much how I thought it best.
Cons
In the beginning there was a lot of overtime work required. One year I spent 10 months at an assembly plant working 7 days per week. The money was good (I was hourly at the time), but I felt a bit overworked and felt somewhat powerless about the situation. There was some lack of structure or vision, at least I felt a general vision was not shared so it was sometimes difficult to try to be a team player.
