Pros

The only real positive I can think of from working there was the supportive team I had. They made the work environment more enjoyable despite the challenges.

Cons

Minimal to no training; new hires are often left to figure things out on their own. Many properties operate without a community manager, which creates disorganization. Compensation is below industry standards. Limited support from upper management.

Pros

They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

Cons

Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
