      Work with a friendly team and are usually lenient with what you can and can't work

      Cons

      Expecting you to go above and beyond for the company without getting any thanks. Not allowed time off during specific times or months (e.g Christmas). Not a set rota because they expect you to stay if it's busy or leave early if it's not.

      Pros

      Really easy to make management look incompetent.

      Cons

      Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.
