Pros

The pay as a driver was decent, it was minimum wage plus tips customers gave you. (Area I worked in gave great tips.) Always had enough hours to go around in a busy store. You get to be outside the store, in your own car, listening to you own music etc.

Cons

Hardly ever got off work the time you were suppose to, I'd be there for 2 or 3 hours after my shift until the "store slowed down" so the manager could process my deliveries for the day. Felt like I did the work of a driver and CSR (customer service representative) who mainly answered phones, took orders and made pizzas. I did this on top of actually delivering pizzas most days because there too cheap to have an adequate amount of employees in the store during "the rush". Overall stressful, fast pace and only worth it if your a Driver, friend of mine was in store CSR and hated it even more. plus no scheduled breaks on 8 hr+ shifts, "down time was break time"... if that ever came.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

Cons

Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
