The tips help but not every day is a good day..
Cons
managers are more interested in sales then treating its own employees better about working hard. Dominos also keeps the delivery charge which sucks because 30-32 cents a mile doesnt cut it. they have to many drivers on at one time so it hard to make a decent amount of tips or hours. they also tax our tips which I dont like
