May be too small of a company, for some

Work at DJP for over 14 years. In the early years (2002-20010) it was full of great people who worked their butts off. Was a great place to work until company was sold to a VC in 2011. Afterwards it was a fairly fast decline. Company hired a bunch of high priced VP's opened fancy offices, created ridiculous sub brands and ran the company into the red. A real tragedy because company could have been one of the greats in the industry.

No company culture. No corporate direction. No growth potential.
