Pros
A lot of great people work at Donaldson and most of them are very friendly, work hard, and perform their jobs well. However, a lot of great people have been let go - especially people 50 and older - and others have left in the last 2-3 years.
Cons
Current management doesn't care about the employees as is evidenced by laying off people with many years of experience and knowledge because they are earning too much money. Bad and/or inexperienced managers who don't know what they are doing are put in place or moved from one department to another, and good people are leaving as a result. The culture of the company has deteriorated since Bill Cook retired.
