The company has been rapidly growing and they have plenty of room for growth opportunities. The company tries to stay engaged with their employees. The compensation is great. The refer bonus is awesome. 👏

Training- they are trying to improve but they have some work to do when it comes to training the staff. I think they need to reevaluate how they promote their staff because sometimes they promote individuals that are not qualified. Health insurance and 401K - they should offer better benefits to their employees. If this was better it would definitely make this company the top one to work at.
