Pros
It's great working with really skilled people. They keep improving the core product and create new products as well. There's definitely a good understanding of the niche they are in. Your after-work hours are treated as yours.
Cons
Leadership is not responsive to outside ideas. Once a particular approach has been decided from the top, all managers have the same story even if there are other points of view. While I understand having a single message, it also seems tone-deaf.
