Good place to work- willing to train and promote from within - CNC Machine Operator Donson Employee Review

The company and supervisors put a lot of time into you. Starting with a bootcamp, then going into on the job training. Workbooks and quizzes along the way to keep on track. Good teachers as well.

Would like more feedback. How are we doing. I’d like to know from management as well as direct supervisor.

Donson provided me with excellent training and still do this day I am learning great skills! The managers are very understanding and are always good about promoting us to do better each day. The company has great benefits and ample overtime.
