A culture of micromanagement exists at all levels, including top and senior leadership. Significant cuts have been made to employee benefits. Salary adjustments including annual raises, are contingent upon taking on increased workloads and consistent overtime, making it difficult to meet expectations otherwise. Favoritism is evident, with certain preferred employees receiving specific benefits unavailable to the wider team. If you are urgently looking for a job, think twice before accepting the offer. If you are currently employed and considering a job change, I do not recommend you join.
