Good benefits, people, product, and market share. Good collaboration with sister locations. Forward looking, a nice bonus program, good philosophy on treatment of people.
Cons
I am on my third management team in 4.5 years, business is very cyclical, sometimes hurry to go to market only to find problems (cost, quality) later. Salaries could be better when compared to market place.
