      Pros

      Hardworking and motivated team. Many opportunities to give and receive feedback. The option to constantly learn new things and test out new project areas. Engaging environment that is open and willing to innovate old processes. A startup culture that teaches you to be self-sufficient and open to new things.

      Can be chaotic during sales peaks or schedule changes.

      Pros

      Cute, stylish children's clothing and friendly, hard-working employees. That's about it.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and toxic leadership. The CEO is an incompetent narcissist who regularly mistreats employees and vendors alike. Stay FAR AWAY from any venture involving ChaoWang. I'm honestly surprised that this company hasn't been sued yet.
