Marketing team is small, so easy to communicate and boss of Marketing department was very friendly

No opportunities for learning or growth

Company is great to work for, the people on the marketing team are amazing! Company vision is exciting and they love new edgy ideas- not your typical corporate enviroment. Everyday is different and busy.

Not really any major cons, except the company is rapidly growing and you have to be able to keep up, this isn't for everyone, but I love a good challenge!
