-An open work environment where new ideas are welcomed. -Offering an understanding space for trial and error. -A dynamic management with an eye for continuous improvement, whether it’s an improvement taking place for the employees and the internal environment, or an improvement being dine to the services provided to our clients. -Quick adaption to the industry changes and uncontrolled events.
Cons
-I don’t believe it’s a con, but the management is young. However, working there for three years; I was able to see great progress and maturity in decision- making
