Free parking, free healthcare for employees and families, management listens and adapts to growth, you can be heard, lots of group interaction to find the best ways to do things, COO, CEO, top execs accessible to everyone, have females on management team which is refreshing to see in technology company. Health conscious group of people- the gym is the lunch room for a lot of us but we still love happy hours.
