Pros

Great company culture. Diverse. Nice people. Good work-life balance. Decent perks (massages & free lunch wednesdays & bagel fridays). Excellent product with lots of smart people.

Cons

Don't expect to be trained. Don't expect to do the job you were actually hired for. Questions are not allowed. If you don't know how to do your job on day 2, then you're treated like an idiot and yelled at for not understanding. And don't even think about going to other people with your questions because then you're told it's not their business, that you don't need to ask those questions, and that you can't bother people with your questions. Collaboration is not allowed. If you try to collaborate, your manager will berate you and accuse you of trying to pass off your work onto other people. Also, see above. Everything is so scattered and documents aren't organized. If you ask for details or reading material, you're told it's in the "google drive" and to just search for it. Basically, you never actually learn how to do your job. And when you try to learn how to do your job, you're put down. People are very nice for the most part, but it's pretty clear that there are some untouchable golden children who can do no wrong no matter how offensive they are. Rude managers who frequently yell and publicly harass, gaslight, create arbitrary goals and moving targets and participate in disrespectful smack-talk about Senior Management set a really bad example for lower level employees.
