Odd hours sometimes with callouts and family

Laid back work environment. Most people were great to work with. Work load was fair. Had paid holidays and paid vacation.

Too much division and fighting between subsidiaries. No real effort for progression as one company, more like each subsidiary was only looking out for itself.
