- You get promotion for failing - You get promotion when you get harassments complain - You will be rewarded for ruining relationship with client - one of Downer pillar. It used to be good, but careful when manager who didnt know what they are doing taking over, time to jump ship. Thankful for the opportunity that I could have an experience to build a team that delivering well, but get destroyed by some clown in management.
