      Pros

      Huge variety of work, large scale and complex company which great for building core skills quickly. Lots of opportunity to build connections and potential for career progression.

      Cons

      There is a large disparity between the perspectives of senior management compared to the field workers. Unfortunately the company culture is poor.

      Pros

      Great group of employees, vehicle usually provided to Site Engineers after 1-2 years of employment if you are site-based A lot of offices in New Zealand to be able to move around

      Big company - usually little say on your next job/posting
