      Pros

      I am very much proud to work in a "GREAT MID-SIZE WORKPLACE" certified organization. As a fresher it is best place to develop your career in IT. Doyens always have the tendency of supporting, which creates a strong bond with one another. Apart from technical training, we have soft skill training, Yoga session, financial service related session frequently. HR team is very easy to approach. Here there is no hierarchy level which makes me not to feel like a junior resource.

      I was 26 when I joined the company, now I'm 33 ... That is how long I have been with Doyensys !! Very professional, great oppurtunities and good pay are the key factors why I love to work here. You will work with some of the big clients from various industries across the US & India. I was given oppurtunity to work with some of the industry experts in Oracle who always step forward to mentor you and guide you to enhance your skills as you work. Management encourages you to learn latest technologies and get certified. If you are someone who wants to learn while you earn ... this is the place.

      As we all understand Cons are always there in every company, but good thing is Doyensys will listen to you and work to fix the problem.
